Kristen was raised on a farm south of Freeport, MN and currently resides with her husband in Paynesville, MN. She received her BA in Biology at the College of Saint Benedict in St. Joseph, MN while she worked as a chiropractic assistant in St. Cloud. After St. Bens, she earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Science University in Bloomington, MN. She has had to opportunity to intern at several clinics, including those specializing in Pediatrics, Activator technique, and Atlas Orthogonal technique. She is specialized in Activator and Graston techniques and is working towards special Pediatric certification.

Kaija is originally from Glyndon, MN and currently resides in Nelson, MN. She completed her undergraduate studies at Concordia College in Moorhead, MN with a BA in Biology and History. After Concordia, she attended Northwestern Health Science University in Bloomington, MN and earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic. She has continued her education with completing a 3 year diplomate in Nutrition. She is currently in the process of working towards her licensure in Acupuncture.
Her goal is to be able to provide her patients with options to achieve better health. Not everyone is the same, and therefore, should not be treated the same. Each patient deserves a customized treatment approach to fit their needs. Her extensive training with nutrition allows the patient to get a more well-rounded approach to their care, as well as, potentially speed up their healing process. She uses both manual and activator technique adjustments, along with soft tissue work with her chiropractic patients.
